Simple Dish

About Simple Dish

A branding project from my time at California College of the Arts. The assignment was to create a brand from an activity that brought each student joy. The goal was to learn how to cook and bake different dishes that could be easily made while living away from home without breaking the bank.

Color Palette

I used greens, yellows, and oranges to evoke feelings of freshness and hunger.

Logo Process Work

Some early design thinking for the logo. From the beginning I was leaning towards an icon based logo, which could be used for packaging and ephemera items. I started on paper, sketching a range of ideas before moving to digital designs.
